A result has been Tauring DELTA 60 CNC-I that will be showed at Samumetal (hall 8 booth 6) equipped with tools for bending an elegant profile for PVC window-door frame made by Alphacan.
Tauring DELTA 60 CNC-I bending machine is equipped with an interpolated numerical control that is able to perfectly control bending developments, managing the stretching values in relationship with the obtained radius and with the material. One of the strongest point of the new numerical control CNC-i is the bending radius predetermination. This control, applied to the machine, allows you to create bends at variable radius with high precision and repeatability. This interpolated numerical control joined with the powerful Wintau interface represents the maximum technological expression, never applied to bending machines.
At Samumetal booth there will also be one of the strongest point of Tauring production: bending machine SAF DS 60 HP with Ros Plus, a tool that let you realize every kind of spiral staircases in one pass, thanks to a simple software that optimizes the realization of the handrail. This tears down time and processing waste.
