Materials

Every machine can be made up in different ways and according to different philosophies as far as materials are concerned.
The most common building steel is carbon steel, that has peculiarities more or less valid.
There are also alloy steel and strongly alloy steel that have resistance and an impact strength at high levels, unlike carbon steel. These types of steel can be labelled as “noble-metals”: they possess a percentage of Carbon which is more or less high, but they also have Nickel, Chrome and Molybdenum, they can stand thermal treatment according to the stress to which the mechanical part are put through.
Tauringroup has always built every part of its machines in strongly alloy steel. The evidence is given by the fact that after many years of job, there still exists bending machines that work properly and the customer is really satisfied.
