DELTA indicates pyramid machine with variable axes; this type of machine is preferred when it is necessary to bend a wide variety of profiles and sections. In fact, with the variable centre distance of the lower rolls the best position can always be found between profile restraint and bending machine  deformation capacity. Furthermore, increasing the centre distance between the lower rolls, larger size rolls can be used, having greater sensitivity of the  bending axis, equivalent to the stroke executed. Obviously the bending axis causes a waving of the straight bar entering that, in some cases could cause some bending problems. In such cases it is possible to work with the machine overturned to vertical position to be able to sustain the incoming bar.
The excellent possibility for product accessories is one of the strongest points of this type of bending machine. It is the ideal machine to process special  profiles.
